Paying for your order

Every order is cash on delivery. Nothing is paid online. You pay the courier once the parcel is in your hand.

Delivery

We deliver all over Bangladesh. Once your order is in, we'll contact you on the phone number you gave at checkout.

Inside Dhaka	৳80
Outside Dhaka	৳160

The charge is added at checkout when you choose your district, so you see the full total before you confirm. You can track your order any time with your order number and phone number.

Returns

If a piece isn't right for you, you can send it back within 3 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the piece you're returning.

• Return the piece unworn, in the condition you received it, with its packaging.
• Once we receive and check it, we'll confirm your refund or exchange.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
